What We're Drinking: Friday 5th + Saturday 6th of July

Sshhhh. Don’t tell the Germans. But we’re celebrating 31 Days of German Riesling by opening one from France and one from Australia.

Why? Because we love ALL Riesling – from bone dry to late harvest. And we had a delicious German one (from Wiengut Winter) open a couple of weeks ago…

Two bottles of Riesling at Park + Bridge

To compensate, we’re cracking open a very special one from the Clare Valley in Australia. If you’ve never tried Grosset Polish Hill, this is your chance.

It’ll be joined by an Alsace Riesling from one of our favourite producer in the region. Perfect for Thai food and spiced salads.

Grosset Polish Hill Riesling 2012 (Australia £27.00)
The crème de la crème of Aussie Riesling from a fabulous vintage. Dry. Pristine, zesty and aromatic if drunk now, but will gain weight and complexity if kept for a few years.

Albert Mann Riesling Tradition 2012 (France £15.50)
Clean, citrussy, off-dry Alsace Riesling, lifted by lip-smacking acidity. Organic.

Bottles open from 6pm on Friday, and from 12 noon on Saturday until we run out.
