It’s hot, it’s Friday and so you’ve earned a treat. Andre Dezat is a great Sancerre producer. We love their wines so much we stock their white, rosé and red – and today we have red and white on on taste.
So let’s dive straight into into the tasting notes…
André Dezat Sancerre Blanc 2012 (France £16.50/£8.95 for half bottle of 2013)
Enlivening aromas of grass, nettles and lemons with a clean mineral palate, this is what Sancerre is all about.
Dezat Sancerre Rouge 2013 (France, £16.50)
When it’s hot & you want Pinot Noir, then look no further than the Loire. See what we did? Summer berries, dab of earth, hint of oak. Yum. Great lightly chilled.
Both wines are currently in our Wine Art machine, so you can sample them right now. But we’ll make it more of an occasion at 6pm – so why not pop in to try them and have a chat with the team. Like all of our regular in store tastings it’s fun, it’s free and there’s no obligation to buy anything.
